We understand that sometimes plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation policies. Below you will find our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival:
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the planned arrival date, we will not charge any fees and you will receive a full refund of the reservation amount.

2. Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before arrival:
In case of cancellation within 7 to 3 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or no-show:
In case of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, we will charge the full reservation amount.

4. Cancellation due to force majeure:
If you are unable to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or force majeure, we request that you contact us as soon as possible. We will try to find a solution in such cases, such as moving your stay to another date.

5. Changes to the reservation:
If you wish to change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
