House rules – Suites School15

Welcome to Suites School15! We do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and welcome, we kindly ask you to respect our house rules.

1. Arrival and Departure

- Arrival time: Your Suite is available from 15:00. If you wish to arrive later, please let us know in advance.

- Departure time: We kindly request that you vacate the Suite by 11:00 am so that we have time to prepare the room for new guests.

2. Smoking

- Smoking is not allowed in the Suites.

3. Sound and Peace

- We ask all our guests to keep quiet , especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Please keep in mind that other guests also want to relax and sleep.

- Loud music or other noise pollution is not allowed. Please be considerate of other guests and respect the silence of the surroundings.

4. Behavior and Respect

- We expect all our guests to behave respectfully towards fellow guests and staff.

- Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If necessary, we reserve the right to terminate the stay.

5. Pets

- Pets are allowed in Suites School15. Please contact us in advance if you have any special requests.

6. Damage and Loss

- Guests are responsible for any damage to Suites School15 property caused during their stay. Any damage will be charged.

- Loss of keys or other property of Suites School15 may result in replacement costs.

7. Cleaning and Tidiness

- We ask our guests to keep the rooms neat and tidy. Waste can be deposited in the designated waste bins. Glass can be placed in the glass container in the centre of the village. And the dishwasher must be emptied upon departure.

- The room will be cleaned after your stay.

8. Visitors

- Visitors of guests cannot stay overnight. If you receive visitors, we request that you discuss this with us.

9. Privacy and Security

- Your privacy is respected. We only process your data for the processing of your reservation and the improvement of our services.

10. Parking

- Parking space is available. Please park your vehicle properly in the designated parking spaces. We are not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles on the premises.
